Meet the Founder

Josh Sowl founded Elevate Consulting out of a love for small businesses. He saw the passion behind the local small business owners, but he also saw the struggle that many of them had in growing the business they cared so much about. Josh knew that he had the knowledge, ability, and passion to help these businesses grow. Elevate Consulting was born of this passion to serve, to empower, and to provide relief to overwhelmed small business owners.

Josh lives happily in West Fargo with his wife Courtney, son Axel, Boxer/Lab mix Mazie, and cat Cooper. When not spending his time working he enjoys watching movies with family, visiting the family lake cabin, and attending local events.
